We will NO LONGER replace missing boxes without payment up front. There are too many claims being made, and the post office takes up to six months (or more!) to pay on claims. Therefore, if your box is missing, you will have to pay up front for a replacement, and get the reimbursement yourself, or we will reimburse you when the post office pays the claim. We suggest you pay the additional $2.00 to have a signature required upon delivery, so they don't just drop your box at your door.
