EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
our policy changed on filing insurance claims with the Post Office, due to
an excessive amount of claims !!
If a claim needs to be made, we will make it for you, or you can file
it yourself and get the refund directly to you. We will NO LONGER replace
missing boxes without payment up front. There are too many claims being
made, and the post office takes up to six months (or more!) to pay on
claims. Therefore, if your box is missing, you will have to pay up front
for a replacement, and get the reimbursement yourself, or we will
reimburse you when the post office pays the claim. We suggest you pay the
additional $2.00 to have a signature required upon delivery, so they don't
just drop your box at your door.

Crazy Wolf Smoke Shop only ships within the United States of America, but
not to NY, MI, MT or AK. There is a four (4) carton minimum on all orders.
Shipping is $13.25 for 4 cartons and goes up $1.75 each carton after that.
Any order under four will not be processed. All orders will be shipped
via Priority Mail. We require a copy of your driver's
license or other proof of age. Yes, WE CARD! Any insufficient
funds bounced or returned checks are subject to a $35.00 service fee.
All regular customer's orders are processed within 24-48 hours (1-2
business days), and sent to your door. And by the way, we do prosecute and
cooperate with law enforcement on all fraudulent purchases by minors.
