Is selling cigarettes over the Internet legal?
Yes, it is.  From the Sovereign Nation of The Senecas.

Why can't I pay with a credit card?
Because the government in NY State has convinced the credit card processors  that it is illegal to purchase tobacco from Native Americans. (this is a lie) It is also the reason UPS won't transport tobacco any more. I
n other words, what can "BROWN " do for you? Nothing!

Is smoking bad for your health?
Yes, it is.  We make no claims to your health if you smoke.  The Surgeon General's warnings are available everywhere. If you stop consuming tobacco products - it will be beneficial to your health. There are also countless websites and organizations to help you s
top using tobacco. But we also acknowledge you are an adult and can make your own decisions about your health and how to spend your money, unlike the credit card companies that decide how you can spend your money. Kiddieporn? sure - tobacco?? NO WAY (according to the major credit card companies)

Where is my package?
 We make every attempt to ship your package within 1-3 business days after order is placed (repeat customers only) and our shipping department will email you the shipment number so you may follow it's progression through the postal service. Please track your packages online at usps.com. However, this is not always accurate as packages have been known to arrive at their destination without a single updated scan from the postal system. Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed delivery service. They "say" 2-3 days is their normal delivery time, but some packages take up to 2 weeks to arrive! Also, please remember the federal holidays slow up the mail service, as does the bad weather.

Is all your information kept confidential?
Yes.  We do not sell our client list to anyone, at any price. And we do not give customer information to any other organization for any reason.

Are all Federal excise taxes paid on products you sell?
Yes.  It is up to the individual consumer to contact the state in which you live to see if you owe state tobacco tax. We also pay the Seneca Nation of Indians an export tax, as all transactions take place on Seneca Territory.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes.  We have a minimum order requirement of 4 cartons.

Why are the prices going up so fast? ?
The tobacco trade is touch and go right now. The manufacturers are change their prices sometimes daily. We apologize and assure you it is not our decision. Also, you may have to wait longer than usual to get your shipment as many brands are out of stock due to distributors shortages.

Why aren't you answering your phone today? ?
If you are a regular customer and know what you want to order, leave a message and you will get your order. Our phones have rang nonstop for 2 days and we are not able to answer every call. We apologize to all our loyal customers, but we are doing the best we can under the circumstances. Thank you for your patience.   Also, you MUST leave your
full name (i.e. "this is Susie in Smallville, call me" (?) ( yes- people leave ambiguous messages like that -  - we probably have more than one Susie and need to know which one you are!) and phone number if you must have a return phone call and we will call you back as soon as possible. Please do not call 75 times thinking that will help get us to answer your call. It will only delay your order.  

Are the prices going up again?
We wish we could tell you. The information we have is they may - or may not. The tobacco trade is touch and go right now. The manufacturers and distributors are changing their prices almost daily. We apologize and assure you it is not our decision. Also, you may have to wait longer than usual to get your shipment as many brands are out of stock due to distributors' shortages. You also may not get box or soft pack as specified in your order. It is our discretion to ship what we have available. If you
absolutely want to wait until your choice comes in stock, please specify that in the customer comments section of your order.

Why can't I get my order shipped like usual? Or why are the premium brands out of stock? ?
The tobacco trade is touch and go right now. Some brands are out of stock for weeks at a time.

What are your office hours?
Online ordering is always available, every day, all year! We are usually in the office between 9 and 5 pm eastern time Monday thru Friday. If you get our answering machine, leave a short message and we WILL call you back as soon as we can.

What is an e-check?
It is an electronic method of withdrawing your payment out of your checking account. It is completely secure and saves you from having to write a check and mail it to us. 

I'm a new customer but paying with a personal check, why don't you ship my order right away?
Because you are a new customer. As soon as we establish a regular business relationship with you, your orders will be sent the next one or two business days after receiving your check. But your first order will not ship for a week or 10 days until the check clears.

Do you have a list of satisfied customers or some testimonials?
YES! Not to brag - but there are too many to list here. We are
always getting compliments on our great service. For example, Michele J. wrote us to say our customer service is outstanding. Or Leslie B. says we are the BEST! Or Jim M says the owner is a sweetheart! Give us a try - you will be rewarded with out great service and low prices with prompt shipping also!

What is your policy if my box disappears in the postal system?
If your box is insured, we will file the claim, or send you the information and you can file the claim yourself, and get the reimbursement. Either way, this means you will have to pay up front for a replacement box. After the post office pays on the insurance claim, we will reimburse you. If you file the claim yourself, you will get paid from the post office. I apologize for this change, but there have been an excessive amount of claims this year and the post office is very slow to pay on claims. The last few I filed with them, took over six (yes - 6) months to pay. We suggest you pay an extra $2.00 to have your box sent signature required, so the mailman won't just drop your b
ox at the door.

What does the name Crazy Wolf mean, and who are you?
This is derived because we are part of the Wolf Clan of the Seneca Nation, and proud of it! Need more info? Click on the About US

Does the Crazy Wolf Smoke Shop sell online to outside the USA customers? (internationally)
No, we don't. 
We only sell to consumers in the  United States.

Does Crazy Wolf Smoke Shop take coupons?
No, we do not accept coupons.

When is the best time to call?

Emailing us at crazywolf-smokes@verizon.net gets the quickest response. Phones will be answered during office hours when possible, or leave a message and we WILL call you back! But only if you leave a message we can understand with your full name and phone number! Also - please note, our office hours are the times when the phones are usually answered. )

How long have you been in business and how do I know you will not take my money and not ship my items?    
We have had a successful running business for over seven  (7) years now. As with all internet transactions, we understand the risk and uncertainty some people fear. You may rest assured we are not in the business of stealing, we are in the business of providing tobacco products at the l
owest possible prices with the BEST customer service.

Does the Crazy Wolf Smoke Shop have catalogs upon request?    
No, we do not have catalogs to send out.  (some prices change daily!)

Why does your website say premium and midlevel brands coming soon?
We are in the process of updating our website. They are now available so call to make an order if they are not listed here at this time!

What is this weird box my shipment came in?
It is because we are recycling boxes that come into our office. So you may see your order arrive in a recycled box, or a frozen chicken box or whatever there is to recycle before we purchase and use new boxes. These new boxes are using up our natural resources, and recycling stops that cycle. You may rest assured your order will be sent in secure, well taped boxes so your orders arrive to you in the best condition possible.

Do you recycle and are you earth friendly?
Yes.  Like most Native Americans, we realize the earth is our gift from the Creator, who to me is God. Therefore, taking care of it is my responsibility and I recycle everything I can. And I shred every bit of paperwork that leaves my business.

Can I visit your store and make purchases there?    
No.  

Why isn't my order being processed immediately and/or shipped immediately?    
We review each new order with the utmost scrutiny. On occasion our bookkeeping department or legal department rejects new orders for various reasons, mostly suspicion of fraud or attempts to purchase using a stolen identity. We realize most customers are honest, but the few bad apples that try to rip us off have made us extremely careful to not get ripped off again.

Can I get a discount on my order?    
No - don't ask. We already have the lowest possible prices!

Can I send you a post dated check?    
No - don't ask. You send a check = we will cash it upon receipt. If you don't have the money, don't mail the check until you do!  By the way, if your check bounces, or the electronic check is returned for any reason, you will owe the Crazy Wolf $30 returned check fee.

Why did your prices go up?    
This is mostly from manufacturer  increases.

Is there a deadline for the day's orders?    
Yes there is - Usually, if you make your order online by 3:00 pm EST (Monday-Friday), under normal circumstances (and for regular customers only), it will ship the following one -  two business days. There are rare exceptions however, such as holidays, bad weather or computer malfunction. New customers = see next question/answer.

When will I get my order?    
It depends on if you are a new customer or not. Regular (established) customers receive 48-61 hour shipments. (1 to 3 business days) New customers that send in money orders with a copy of an ID get 5 days to shipment, payment via personal check is 5 - 10 days, and electronic check first time customers may take up to 2 weeks before you get your first order. This is for the 1st order only - just to make sure the electronic transaction is complete or the funds clear the bank. Future orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days  from the time of order.

Does Crazy Wolf Smoke Shop make refunds? 
Only if there was an error made by us in your order being filled. We only accept unopened products back. We will refund your shipping charges to send the box back to us.

This is for our errors only!!

If you order the wrong item by mistake, we can not give you a refund. (But talk to us, we will try to make it right with you some way.)
